Every Forum has them, so with that in mind. The following is a simple set of guidelines.
Please observe them.

1. While open debate and discussion is welcomed and encouraged, rudeness, abuse, insulting behaviour, personal attacks, deliberate inflammatory (Flame or Troll) posting, and or posts of a racist/sexist nature cannot however be allowed to happen. Such behaviour is detrimental to everyone's enjoyment.

It is most definitely not our intention to censor or stifle fun, banter and high spirits here in The Forums. So please be mindful of the above and following points when posting.

 2. Spamming such as  Click Here (which lead to  . . . . well . . . spam mail), is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.

 3. Please post topics (threads) in the correct category and forum for their subject(s).

 4. Avoid hi-jacking a thread by going off topic. Start a new thread of your own and draw attention to it in the topic that 'sparked' the idea for it.

 5. Use a title that describes the content of your post (it makes searches easier). Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention.

 6. Whilst swearing is not banned on the boards, please keep the language used moderate.

 7. Please post in English.

 8. No sexually explicit images, remember this is a public forum open to scrutiny by our cyberspace hosts.

 9. There is a link (a small icon Forum Guidelines Icon_report1, top right of message window), in every post which, when rolled over with your pointer is labelled ‘ report to moderator ’. Use this if you believe a post is in breach of forum etiquette.

 10. Please remember that religion and politics are highly charged and personal subjects. Discussions therefore should, on these two topics,  be avoided where possible to circumnavigate disagreements and arguments in the discussion threads on site. Thank you.

 11. While these guidelines cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently site admin reserve the right to take any actions deemed appropriate and necessary to rectify any transgressions.

'Please note that the above pointers are intended to help make this environment an enjoyable place for all. We really don't want to be in a position where we have to lay down the law. Please help us to make the forums a popular and fun place to be for everyone.
So please, help us to help you enjoy your visits here, remember . . . It's your FORUM !

Thank You
